The CMAA National Conference & Trade Show 2017 Exhibitor Resource page provides you with everything you need to know regarding your planning at this year's event. Please bookmark this page to access the most up-to-date information during the months leading up to the conference. On this page, you will be able to register for the conference, order furniture and furnishings for your booth, . We will update the page regularly to provide you with the most current exhibitor information.

» Attendee Lists 

The pre-show list will not be available until September 1 in order to include all early bird registrants. The post-show list will be distributed to you by October 25th. These lists are to be used only once and only for the purpose of advertising the company’s participation in CMAA’s Trade Show; do not automatically add the Conference attendees to your mailing lists. Exhibitor may use the pre-conference and post-conference attendee lists one-time only. Exhibitor will not copy the list or any portion thereof or extract or retain any information therefrom. Exhibitor will not at any time permit any CMAA list information to pass into the hands of another person, association, organization or company. Any prohibited use by Exhibitor shall constitute a material breach of their exhibit contract. Leads generated at the Conference using the Lead Retrieval System are exempt from these regulations. Exhibitors are expected to adhere to all laws and regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc) that govern the use of mailing/email lists. * Note you will need to enter the password you were provided to access the attendee list.

» Exhibitor Kit - This will take you to the Offical Show Contractor - GES - where you can order booth furnishings, labor, lead retrieval and other services to round out your exhibiting experience.

       » Exhibitor Electrical & Internet Order Form - Please follow the steps below to create an account and once an account is created you will be able to search for your show and place a boomer order for electric, phone lines and internet.
1) Click Link and Click New Registration you will then receive a temporary password copy and paste that in the first time you log in
2) Once registered, log in and Search for your Event (Event Name or Month)
3) You can now order Internet, Electrical
